Use of the OASAS application services website is limited to authorized users. Individuals designated by their organizations as authorized users are required to complete the appropriate forms and obtain the necessary authorizing signatures before access will be granted. Questions regarding the access forms and/or process should be directed to the contact listed below. Unauthorized access to this website and/or OASAS applications is strictly prohibited and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
